Preliminary Consultation
My primary goal is to make sure your dreams come true. Our initial conversation is designed to clarify what those aspirations are so we can get right to work bringing your transformation to life.
Conceptual Development
Based on your wish list, budget, and the parameters of your space, I will present you with an overall design plan as well as options for the look and vibe of the project.
Space Planning
Effective and thoughtful design not only allows for a more efficient layout and better storage but also better flow through the area for traffic and every day use.
3D Modeling / Visualization
Once the work has progressed far enough, we will use 3D models to help see how it will look and allow us to discuss any desired changes before construction begins in earnest.
Construction Documents
After all choices have been made and details locked in, I will provide a complete set of plans which will enable the contractor to flawlessly execute your dreams in physical form.
Materials / Fixtures / Finishes
Finally, I can help select the materials (counters, floorings, tiles), the fixtures (sinks, hardware, appliances), and the finishes (paint colors, wallpaper) that will bring your project to final completion.
